If your Motivair chiller is five years or older:
1. You can purchase a series of Motivair Service Credits, good towards 5, 10, or 15-hour increments.
2. Once purchased, your priority status will be determined based on Motivair’s current case load.
Currently, customers who have purchased Motivair Chillers receive remote technical support if they:
1. Fall under the standard 12-month Parts Warranty.
2. Or, have a 4-Year Compressor Warranty.
3. Or, are less than 5 years old, in which our technicians can troubleshoot up to one hour max to identify a faulty part.
