Position Summary
The Senior Controls Engineer designs systems of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls for machines and equipment, utilizing knowledge of electrical engineering, PLC programming, and diagrams and schematics. This position includes the support of the development of new products, pre-sale technical support, product application inquiries, and quality control.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides guidance and direction for other members of the electrical and controls engineering team.
• Plans and programs logic control system for functions such as sequence, temperature, pressure, flow, voltage, current and timing.
• Illustrates and describes the concept, installation and maintenance details of component functionality and system sequence of operation.
• Reviews schematics with customer's representatives to answer questions during pre- and post-sale of product.
• May confer with assembler and wirer to resolve problems regarding building of controls systems.
• Prepares all documentation necessary for production as well as customer support. (proposals, quotes, drawings, BOM, schematics, manuals, technical instructions, etc.).
• Works with suppliers and outside engineering consultants to resolve technical and supply issues, improve system features and capabilities; investigates sources of special equipment, material or devices. Obtains quotes, prepares requisitions and qualifies supplier components.

Position Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC control systems
• Experience with the SNMP, Modbus, and BACnet communication protocols.
• Proficient with graphical based PLC programming and the ST (Structured Text) language per IEC Standard 61131.
• Knowledge of Restful Application Programing Interfaces, preferred.
• 10+ years of position related experience required.

Position Summary
The Information Technology and ERP Project Lead has responsibility for the overall coordination of the Information Technology and Enterprise Resource Planning needs of the business. The position is responsible for day to day IT support as well as administration, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP operating system.
Duties and Responsibilities
Information Technology
• Works closely with department heads and other staff members to solve technology related issues, keep equipment in good working order, manage and develop new systems and procedures for technology maintenance and improvements, and presents strategic and other recommended technology improvements to the overall leadership team.
• Visits various offices to address technology needs and train end-users.
• Oversees the day-to-day technology maintenance, implementation, updates, and cyber security needs companywide for all offices.
• Reviews diagnostics and assesses the functionality and efficiency of systems.
• Implements security measures and keeps current on relevant best practices.
• Monitors security certificates and company compliance to requirements.
• Offers technical support to company staff and troubleshoots computer/server problems.

• Maintains the version update cadence for Acumatica, including overseeing the upgrade schedule, testing all core applications for upgrade to ensure compatibility of customizations and reports, and proper functionality after any upgrades.
• Develops queries, reports and customizations including scope, creation, testing and deployment.
• Develops processes ahead of documentation according to industry best practices.
• Creates, executes, and maintains capital upgrade projects including SOWs, project plans and budgets.
• Provides technical assistance for integration projects.
• Assists finance with accurate job and inventory cost accounting.
• Responsible for vendor management for Acumatica.
• Schedules, performs, and monitors system backups, and performs data recoveries if necessary.

Position Summary
The Mechanical Design Engineer will perform a variety of engineering, design, and documentation functions, and work closely with the Sales, Program Management and Development Leadership teams on the design of new products and supporting existing products.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Engages with Sales, Application Engineering (AE), Manufacturing and Procurement Teams on new product designs and product modifications for all Motivair Cooling System products.
• Supports the creation of Functional Design Specifications and design verification documentation.
• Manages project schedules to on-time delivery of Mechanical design, validation, and release to production.
• Perform prototype testing and make recommendations for improvements of new products.
• Provide mechanical design support to Manufacturing Engineering, Professional Services, and Field support.
• Work with external partners, contractors and suppliers on mechanical component fabrication process capabilities, new and/or alternative product definition, evaluation and selection, and cost-performance analysis of those component selection during the design phase.
• Works with AE’s, Service, Assembly, Supply Chain, etc. to determine the root cause and corrective actions for component/product issues.
• Provides 3D and Cutaway renderings of products for marketing literature, training, and instructional documentation.
• Creates Engineering Change Orders or revises computerized Bills of Materials, Work Instructions, and other design documentation for new and existing products.

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for inbound and outbound processing of parts and returned customer products as related to Motivair services and support functions. Activities include the sending, receiving, inspection, storage and forwarding of these materials through the various internal processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
• General:
o Supports service personnel and the Service Delivery Partner (SDP) network by fulfilling requests such as identifying location, status, and other related inquiries.
o Processes internal parts to their next operation or storage location.
o Tracks down location of shipments to provide critical/timely status updates to internal and external stakeholder.
o Assists in the sourcing of parts and materials for Non-Stock Service items.
o Initiates requests to Supply Chain for creation of new Part Numbers within Acumatica.
• Inbound shipments:
o Verifies packaging is sound upon arrival.
o Verifies that packing slip matches the content (quantities, identification, etc.
o Checks parts into the applicable CRM/ERP system(s).
o Coordinates with warehouse management to ensure the incoming materials are properly physically dispositioned.
o Routes and prepares Customer Product returns for Repair, Engineering Failure Analysis and other related special projects.
• Outbound shipments:
o Adheres to shipping requirements and standards applicable to the activity type.
o Ensures that the proper shipment method (UPS, FedEx, LTL, Dedicated, etc.) and required delivery schedule is achieved.
o Carefully packs all products ensuring company standards.
o Schedules transportation for domestic and international shipments in collaboration with the Service Manager to ensure all applicable company compliance requirements are met.
• Produces supporting documents such as Packing Lists, BOL’s, POD’s, Commercial Invoices per Motivair Service processes.
• Supports inventory management function for the Motivair Service Operations, including cycle counts.
• Assists in initiating, processing, and closing out parts/materials fulfillment for Technical Support personnel.
• Processes Service parts/material Invoices.
• Maintains minimum quantities of Tool Kits for Field Service personnel.
• Serves as a Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) resource on cross-functional teams during New Product Introduction (NPI), as managed by Motivair’s PMO.
• Coordinates the movement of Training Equipment to ensure efficient availability to regularly scheduled Motivair Training sessions.

Position Qualifications

• Timely procurement and on-time delivery performance for assigned commodities/ supplier with annual spend of $8M.
• Leads the activities that support production needs impacted by vendor performance with minimal impact to inventory position.

Position Summary
The Logistics & Material Handling Supervisor (2nd shift) position is responsible for overseeing all activities relating to shipping, receiving and material handling. In addition, the position is responsible for obtaining pricing for freight and booking trucks (LTL and FTL) for transporting finished products to their destination in addition to the coordination of materials to suppliers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages Material Handling associates, monitoring work and ensuring that shipping and receiving materials and products are handled / shipped in a timely manner. Refer to Material Handling Associate job description.
• Handles performance reviews for employees as well as approval for time off.
• Monitors and ensures materials are received, put away, isle ways are free and clear.
• Works with purchasing department to audit and monitor inventory, while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
• Solicits freight quotes.
• Coordinates product shipments to destination.
• Converts work in process to finish goods, close out production orders and create shipment records.
• Creates BOL’s.
• Coordinates material shipments to suppliers.
• Coordinates and tracks international shipments, air and sea.
• Audits Freight bills for accuracy/discrepancies from quotation.
• Resolves and/or approves invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
• Researches suppliers/freight carriers pricing to ensure competitiveness.
