Motivair Corporation is searching for a Customer Service HVACR Technician at its Corporate Headquarters (Buffalo, New York) to work with our customers to expedite resolutions to service opportunities. The HVACR Support Technician has close communication with Motivair service partners, field technicians and customers to ensure that each service opportunity is successfully followed through to completion. Completing support service tickets and reports is required along with follow up on unresolved service issues. Each HVACR Support Technician must come to work with a positive, friendly demeanor, and continue that same professionalism, confidence, and positive energy when working with customers.
