Motivair offers a complete range of packaged chillers from ½ to 50 tons. The MPC chillers are ideal for cooling medical equipment such as Oncology machines, MRI machines and CT scanners. The MPC chillers are also used in industries such as plastics processing, the thermal spray, printing processes, pharmaceutical processing, printing, confectionaries and various other industrial manufacturing processes. These chillers can also be applied to HVAC systems where direct expansions systems are not practical or where space cooling is considered critical such as small data centers and surgery suites.

The MPC range can be operated with leaving water or glycol temperatures ranging from 20–75 degrees Fahrenheit. The fundamental design on the MPC rage is that it includes all aspects of a cooling system into one simple package. Each MPC chiller includes its own refrigeration plant, pumping system, storage tank, and microprocessor controls. This creates a plug and play package thus reducing system footprint and contractor installation time. With its own storage tank, the MPC chillers do not rely on a hot gas bypass for capacity control. Rather, it cycles its refrigeration plant off under reduced loads thus greatly increasing efficiency and extending product life cycle.

Some optional features on the MPC chillers include stainless steel water circuits, low ambient packages, high ambient packages, integrated free cooling systems, redundant circulation pumps and advanced PLC control systems with available LON, Bacnet and Ethernet communication.
