The CTC range of chillers was designed specifically for customers requiring glycol temperature far below industry standards. The CTC range can produce glycol or brine solutions down to –25^F. The design criteria behind the CTC range was to build the most reliable low temperature glycol chillers for the most demanding industries. Motivair CTC chillers are built with semi hermetic piston or screw compressors, built in 2, 3 or four independent refrigeration circuits. This allows for not only close glycol temperature control but also inherent built in redundancy. CTC chillers use either R-404A or R-507 refrigerant, both eco-friendly and specifically designed for lower evaporating temperatures. While a standard CTC range has been developed, Motivair also believes that each process is unique which is why low temperature glycol chiller selections are deemed as custom designs, insuring that the chiller selection for each customer is selected to optimize chiller performance.
