Motivair offers a wide range of industrial process chillers for virtually every industrial cooling application.  The Motivair MPC range of air-cooled industrial chillers are specifically designed for industrial use when performance is more critical than HVAC applications, and covers a range from ½ through 50 tons.  These chillers feature a resilient welded frame with removable access panels.  All components are designed for indoor or outdoor use including NEMA 4 control panel, TEAO fan motors and TEFC pump motors.  Standard components include integral storage tank, circulation pump and microprocessor controls.  The Motivair MSC water-cooled scroll chillers are available from 15 through 60 tons and feature 2 or 4 scroll compressors in one or two circuits. The MLC large capacity air-cooled chillers cover a range from 60 through 300 tons.  They are also available with all the above features found in the MPC range.    Many models, air & water cooled are available with optional heat recovery.  This is particularly useful for industrial cooling applications with a simultaneous heating requirement, or where a parallel heating requirement exists in the same building.  The heat can also be used for reheat in HVAC systems, pre-heating boiler feed water, showers and a variety of other uses.  The energy saving can have a significant impact on the production cost of the process served.
